I ordered two bracelets from PerfectPresents as an anniversary gift. Because I needed them before a flight, I even followed their recommendation to book a rider at my own expense to ensure they arrived on time. PerfectPresents.ph suggests this option to avoid delivery delays.
Unfortunately, the experience was a disaster. When the items arrived, one bracelet was completely wrong—featuring a monogram of a different name. When I contacted them, I was told the staff had already finished for the day, which added immense stress to what should have been an exciting moment.
After I insisted, someone did check their office, only to offer me a completely different design than what I had approved. I was then told that due to a 'dispatch error,' my original item was unavailable and a reprint was impossible before my departure.
In the end, I only had one gift for our anniversary. While they offered to refund my courier fee, it does not make up for the poor handling, lack of quality control, and the ruined surprise. I settled for the original design to be delivered later, but I hope others don't have to experience this level of neglect.

The bracelet is excellent. What I didn’t like and gave me inconvenience is the delivery. It took too long and didn’t meet the deadline. The ETC they give doesn’t include the delivery and it takes 3-5 more days. There is also no way to contact the courier. The staff worked on it to expedite it but it’s already late.
