I gifted this to my boyfriend and he liked it. I just wish there was an option to choose a black box for the bracelet or jewelry. Also, the clasp is a bit hard to put on by yourself, so a more user-friendly clasp would be helpful. Overall I had a good experience with this brand, the team, and the product.

Yes. We only use the first letter of each name provided for the design.
Can I use my own design?
Sorry, but our Entwine comes with a default design. Fonts cannot be changed and custom changes arenโt available for this product. If youโd like more flexibility with design customization, we recommend choosing our Monogram design instead.
Is there other pendant shape options?
We only offer a round pendant for this design, itโs the most elegant fit.
Can I see the layout first?
We're would love to create a design just for you! To get started, you must first place an order. This allows us to begin the fun part: designing your unique piece.
Once your order is in, our team will get to work on a personalized layout and mock-up. We'll then send this to you via email for your approval before we move forward with production.
Is it possible to update or make changes to my order?
